Strategy & Organization

Bio

My research lies at the intersection of corporate sustainability management and social-ecological systems. I study how organizations understand global sustainability issues and develop corporate sustainability strategies that align with global targets, such as the planetary boundaries and UN Sustainable Development Goals. I approach my work from a systems theory perspective and work with qualitative research methods such as ethnography and field research.
